"No, Christie." Xiaoyu whined as she ran out of Christie's room and into her living room, where Jin and Steve were sitting. "You will not burn me again."

"But you look so cute with your hair curled." Christie whined as she held the curling iron.

"Oh yea I look adorable and I am sure having the burns to match is just the world's biggest statement." Xiaoyu pouted as she rubbed her neck. "And sides we gotta cheer at the game tonight, by the time we get to the party my hair will be all sweated out."

"You realize that is a poor excuse for me to finish, cause it's damn near December and it's cold, now sit still." Christie said as she pushed her friend on the stool and continued curling her hair.

"So how long can you all stay out?" Steve asked curiously. Since after the game they were all going to go to a house party being it was the first game of the year. "My mom said that I had to be home before three."

"My dad doesn't care." Jin shrugged.

"Well since Eddie's not here then I can stay out as long as I see fit." Christie said as she continued to curl Xiaoyu's hair.

"I thought he said that when he is away on business that you were to be home by midnight." Xiaoyu said out loud.

"How many more burns would you like?" Christie asked as she waved the curling iron in front of her face.

"Ok, I think that's enough of that." Steve said taking the hot weapon away from his girlfriend. "So who is riding with whom?"

"Well we'll go pick Jules up and you guys get Hwo." Xiaoyu said as she looked in the mirror at her spiral curled hair.

"I swear they better solve their petty little differences tonight." Jin growled as they all headed out the door.

The ride there---------->

"Julia what the hell?" Christie asked as Julia got into her convertible. Julia had on all black instead of the school colors.

"I feel that this game is a waste of time." Julia sighed as she sat in the back seat. "I really have no reason to be there."

"What about Hwo, he's playing tonight." Xiaoyu said as she looked in the back seat at her friend. Christie kept driving.

"Oh him, well that doesn't matter now does it." Julia said as she folded her arms.

"Well what about us?" Christie asked as she peaked in the mirror. "I mean Xiao's cheerleading captain and she worked really hard on the routine and now I'm on the squad. So you can see us at half time."

"Well you all know that you Xiao are a stereotype." Julia said as she pulled a book out.

"Huh?" Xiaoyu asked as she turned around to face Julia.

"I mean come on. You're the captain on cheerleading, and Jin is on of the captains on the football team. You are a stereotype. And Christie is too. I mean she's a cheerleader and Steve's the all around guy." Julia explained.

"Wait now how am I a stereotype?" Christie asked as she stopped at one of the lights.

"Because the superficial beauty and the guy who has a little bit of everything." Julia explained. Christie growled as she gripped the steering wheel and kept driving.

"Well that must mean that you are a stereotype too." Xiaoyu said as she put some lipstick on. "You're the supposed deep and philosophical chick and yet you have a boyfriend who is one of the captains of the football team and he has some school spirit. That's the most cliché for a movie. See for me to be cliché I'd have to be stuck up and I'm not."

"Whatever." Julia said as she continued to read her book.

"Look, you." Steve said as Hwoarang got in the car. "After this game I suggest you patch things up with Julia."

"Alright no 'Hi Hwoarang, how are you?' and then I would say 'Oh I'm fine Steve thank you for asking, I am ready for the big game tonight'." Hwoarang said as he talked to himself.

"Are you done speaking with yourself or do you need some more time alone to converse?" Jin asked as he drove.

"No actually we would like some more time to ourselves." Hwoarang replied sarcastically.

"Well you're just going to put your silly little conversation on hold." Steve said looking at him. "Now tell me what your issue with Julia is?"

"Look she's being a bitch." Hwoarang said simply.

"I hope you didn't tell her that." Jin sighed continuing to focus on the road.

"Well not in those exact words." Hwoarang shrugged.

"Look it seems that in this relationship there are a lot of he said she said things going on." Steve said.

"Alright, let me tell you what I've done to piss her off." Hwoarang said as he was showing Steve the other dimension of what was going on with him and Julia. "She's mad because I am friends with other girls. If she doesn't know them, then I'm cheating on her."

"Ok now I rarely say this put Julia is crazy." Steve said as he turned the conversation in a different direction.

"Oh that's a good one." Jin snickered.

"Look she is. I mean she is either obsessed with work or she wants to have a social life. She doesn't have balance in life between work and play- she must have it all. It's like she has this perfect little plan to life and if it's not followed then something is wrong." Steve concluded.

"Finally he says something I can understand." Hwoarang said as he crossed his arms with a smirk of satisfaction plastered on his face.

At the party----->

"You bother me." Xiaoyu said as she got out of Christie's car and as the boys pulled up.

"Look I was just trying to enjoy myself." Julia said as she walked in front of Xiao.

"Oh yea passing out flyers about the math club's pi day!" Christie snickered.

"Look, do yourself a favor." Xiaoyu said slowly to make sure she understood what Xiaoyu was telling her. "Stop worrying about school, work, and everything else."

"Yea you really should and you can start by making nice with Hwoarang." Christie said pushing her to Hwoarang but Julia turned around and walked inside the house.

"Look just give her some time." Jin said as he wrapped an arm around Xiaoyu.

"Yea and something to pull that stick out of her ass." Hwoarang sighed as they walked inside.

"Tonight is going to such a long night." Steve snarled.

"Well you should've known." Xiaoyu chuckled.

"They are going to make up right?" Christie asked as they kept walking.

"You want me to answer that?" Jin asked wondering if she wanted the harsh truth about what was going on.

"Nope I want to live in my sick world of optimism." Christie said with a smile on her face.

"Well while you're doing that let's enjoy the party." Xiaoyu said happily.

Like 5 hours later -------->

"All she's done this whole time is there in the corner reading her book and drinking punch." Christie sighed as she and Steve walked over to where Jin and Xiaoyu were dancing.

"Wait how many cups of punch as she had?" Jin asked with wide eyes.

"Let's just say one for every half hour." Christie shrugged.

"She's had that much!" Xiaoyu gasped.

"What's the big deal?" Steve shrugged taking a sip of punch.

"That punch has been severely spiked. It has more liquor then punch." Jin said looking at the bowl.

"I know this stuff was great." Steve said smiling.

"So in other words she is piss ass drunk." Xiaoyu sighed looking for Julia. "And now she's gone."

"No she's over there getting freaky with Hwoarang." Steve said looking behind Xiao.

"Ok Steve I think that you have had too much to drink cause Julia would- and she is." Xiaoyu said turning to see them making out heavily with each other, and then she quickly turned again. "All I saw was tongue!"

"Well I think that I am scarred for life." Christie said wrapping an arm around Steve. "I mean first we have people jumping off the roof screaming like idiots jumping into the pool, then we have them blow a speaker, now this."

"If you all would like to face that direction they are gone now." Jin said snickering.

"Where are they? I mean they finally make up and we can't take the credit for it." Christie sighed. Jin opened his mouth to answer but there was a panic amongst the people in the house.

"What the?" Steve asked as people were backing away from he front door. "Oh shit the police are here." Steve said as he could see Officer Lei slowly making his way through the crowd.

"What are we gonna do?" Xiaoyu panicked.

"The bathroom window." Jin said as he pulled his three friends into the bathroom shutting the door. They knew if they were caught at this party they would be toast cause they had liquor and some people had drugs. They hadn't known about the punch spiking nor were they taking drugs but the police still would grill them for them just attending the party.

"Here we go." Xiaoyu sighed as Jin lifted her up a bit so she could reach the high window in the bathroom. Xiaoyu was the first up and she crawled out of the narrow window. It was a medium sized window big enough for them to get through but up close to the ceiling. Next Christie was hoisted up and Xiaoyu helped her out, then Steve and Jin made their way out.

"What about Hwo and Jules?" Steve asked.

"They probably, walked out of the party after they made up with each other. They're fine." Jin said. "Look I'll take Xiaoyu, Christie you and Steve ride together, we'll talk later." Jin said as they all made a break for their respective cars, driving away.

A few weeks later --------->

"I don't understand what the point of study hall is." Xiaoyu said as she sat with Steve, Julia, and Hwoarang. They all were sitting in the library. Jin had gone to get something from his locker and Christie was getting her library card renewed.

"It's not like we are going to sit here and study." Hwoarang said as he closed his literature book.

"Well some of us are, and those of us who are studying would like it if you would be quiet." Julia growled.

"But you don't have a book open." Steve said looking at Julia's blank desk spot.

"Well maybe I'm the only person who has some respect for the silence policy in the library and the other people who are here." Julia yelled.

"Jules we are the only people who are here." Hwoarang pointed out. "And Miss Libby doesn't care, her hearing aid is off anyway."

"Not to mention the fact that no one rarely ever comes to the top floor library, if they are they are in the computer room part." Xiaoyu said as she pulled her bag of cookies out and ate one. "Want one?" Xiaoyu said offering someone a cookie.

"That's it I can't take this anymore." Julia said as she snatched Xiaoyu's cookie out of her hand and threw them out the open window. "You are annoying the almighty hell out of me!"

"Those were mine!" Xiaoyu said outraged.

"I don't care." Julia yelled getting up and storming out of the library.

"All I wanted was a cookie." Xiaoyu pouted and sighed.

"Well someone's being a pissy bitch." Steve said as crossed his arms.

"Even though she is my girlfriend, I will have to agree." Hwoarang said with wide eyes.

"Look we will wait until lab and then we will ask her what's the matter." Steve said as he leaned back in his chair.

"I can't believe she sacked my cookies." Xiaoyu whined as she looked at her empty hands.

In lab ------------->

"Ok this can't be a good sign." Hwoarang said as she walked into the lab room.

"What?" Jin asked as they sat down.

"Jules is always here early and getting out the supplies before lab." Steve noted.

"And she's not coming." Christie said walking into the room. "She's going home cause she doesn't feel well."

"Bullshit!" Xiaoyu hissed. "She was feeling well enough to take my chocolate bar, and she was feeling well enough to take my cookies throw them out the window. And she was feeling well enough to chew me out for the past week!"

"I know she's been missing a lot of school all this week." Christie noted. "And Julia does not miss school. It takes a lot for that girl to miss a day of class. That is why me and Xiao are going to her house after school."

"How did my name get into this?" Xiaoyu asked curiously.

"Because as her friends we need to go check on her not to mention I will help carrying all of the crap she needs to do her homework." Christie shrugged.

"When will it end?" Xiaoyu asked slamming her head down on her desk.

"Well look on the bright side." Jin said kissing Xiaoyu's hand.

"Alright class, it's time for a pop test." The professor said skipping into the room.

"I'll shut up now." Jin said as the papers were being passed out.

After school ----------------->

"Hey girls." Michelle said as she opened the door for Xiao and Christie in. "I was just on my way out."

"Alright we'll be here for awhile with Julia." Christie assured as Michelle left the house. "Come on Xiaoyu." Christie said as she dragged her friend up to Julia's room. Xiaoyu tapped on the door.

"Jules, can we come in? We have your books." Xiaoyu said as she and Christie waited.

"Whatever." Julia's voice droned. Christie and Xiaoyu walked in to find Julia laying her bed all tucked in, still in her school uniform.

"We brought your homework." Christie said she and Xiaoyu set the books on her desk.

"I don't care." Julia sighed. "Probably won't even do it." Julia muttered as she pulled the covers tighter on her body.

"Oh no something is wrong." Xiaoyu said sitting in a chair next to Julia's bed. "This coming form the person who lectures me if I don't do every single solitary equation for our calculus homework."

"Yea Jules what's been up, we've been worried." Christie said.

"Well you can't tell anyone." Julia said as she sat up in her bed. She looked at her two best friends seriously. 'This is going to be hard.' Julia thought as she looked at her friend's stares.
