????????????????????&????????????????????????

"Hwoarang what the hell is wrong with you?" Julia hissed trying not to startle him. She knew that if he got too excited he may make the fatal move.

"Look you all don't believe me so I will make believers out of all of you." Hwoarang hissed as he put an ounce more pressure on the knife. "You laughed at what I told you when I was eight, but whose laughing now?" Hwoarang said bitterly as memories flooded back to him. He remembered when he was about 8 years old and he and Jin were running about the street playing tag with each other. Well Jin had fallen and scrapped his legs very badly. After he had fallen he remembered when he walked over to his friend to see if he was alright. Hwoarang had noticed a glowing marking on Jin's arm, that wasn't there before. As the mark glowed the scars began to close right before him. Sure he told his father and his friends but no one believed him they thought he was just making up another crazy story.

"Look put the knife down." Steve said inching over to him. "Let's talk about this."

"No." Hwoarang said in a stiff voice. "You had your chance to listen." Hwoarang said giving a quick slice at Jin's neck. Blood oozed from the long cut as Jin fell to the ground. Xiaoyu screamed and ran over to Jin's lifeless body, blood leaking out from the neck forming a little crimson puddle.

"Oh my gosh." Christie said backing up close to the door, she ran out of the dojo for help.

"You killed him." Julia said putting a hand over her mouth.

"No I didn't." Hwoarang said looking at Jin intently.

"Hwoarang, look at him." Forest said shocked that he even made that assumption. "You fucking slit his throat; you most likely hit an artery!"

"Watch." Hwoarang said walking over to Jin's lifeless body pulling his shirt sleeve, to reveal a ghostly glowing marking.

"What the hell is that?" Steve asked softly. They all watched the tattoo glow along with Jin's body. They all watched closely as the deep cut on his neck slowly mended itself. Xiaoyu leaned over Jin running her fingers the once wounded area.

"I fucking told you." Hwoarang yelled jumping around. At that yell Jin's eyes snapped opened, his normal soft brown eyes were a fire blazed red. A strange marking appeared on his forehead as he looked at Xiaoyu.

"Hwoarang what the hell is this?" Julia whispered looking at Hwoarang.

"Look all I knew about was the freaky healing of the scars." Hwoarang said shocked as Jin sprang up beside Xiaoyu, long black wings growing from his back.

"I think this is where someone says 'let's get the hell outta here'." Forest said his voice flattering.

"Let's get the fuck out of here." Steve said as he took off for the door. Jin grinned and reached his hand out to the door, using his power he slammed the door shut. "And of course he has this telekinetic ability."

"What do we do?" Julia asked leaning against the wall.

"Don't move, maybe he won't notice you." Hwoarang said out of the corner of his mouth.

"Shit I say we let him kick your ass, you cut him." Forest said shrinking behind Steve.

"Jin." Xiaoyu whispered in disbelief. She couldn't believe that this was the guy she had fallen for. He turned his head to face her, giving her a twisted look.

"Xiaoyu move against the wall." Julia said motioning for her friend. Xiaoyu wasn't listening she got up and walked over to him slowly. Though her mind was screaming for her to get away from Jin her heart just couldn't resist. Steve took this as an opportunity. Jin was distracted, and someone needed to make a move. Steve quickly ran up behind him and tried to tackle Jin to but failed. Jin tossed him over his shoulder with ease. Steve landing on the ground with a thud, leaving Jin's back facing them.

"Well that just can't be good." Julia sighed looking at Xiaoyu still walking and Jin still in his demon form.

"I told you when he has some weird and freaky demonic transformation not to come running to me! I warned your ass." Hwoarang said nodding his head.

"Look in the first place you are the one who did this. You woke that weird thing up inside him!" Julia said pushing Hwoarang.

"Hey the only thing I as trying to prove is that he has some freaky power." Hwoarang said grumbling. "And I think I did a damn good job of that."

"More like getting us all killed!" Julia sighed as Xiaoyu was still not intimidated by Jin's new form. Xiaoyu kept her steady and quiet pace over to him. She reached up and put a hand on his shoulder. Jin's eyes went back up at alert as he whipped Xiaoyu around slamming her into the wall. He held her against her neck pinning her against the wall and off of the ground. This single action triggered and another attack. First Forest delivered several kicks to his ankle, trying to either stun Jin or get him to let hold of Xiaoyu's neck. Hwoarang and Julia joined in after a few seconds. Julia kicking at his legs from behind and Hwoarang pulling his knife out again. Hwoarang raised the knife up over his head, getting a run off. This time he was aiming to kill. When he reached Jin he tried to stab him in the back, but the broke like a glass under a metal baseball bat.

"Shit." Hwoarang yelled.

"What?" Julia asked only looking up so she could see the broken knife. "That can't be good." Julia whimpered. Jin grinned to himself. A soft slowly light formed around them, he used his telekinetic ability to lift them off of the ground and slam them into a wall away from him.

"Jin, stop!" Xiaoyu said between choked breaths and cries. She was looking at the ceiling trying to focus on breathing.

"Sorry Jin's not here right now. Would you like to leave a message, and he'll back to you when his soul is mine." Jin laughed in an unearthly tone. She fought and fought against him but it wasn't any use. She finally looked into his eyes and their contact locked. Jin's harsh expression faded away when he saw the pain in his eyes. Jin stepped back letting Xiaoyu fall to the floor. He and demon form were fighting over control over who would reign supreme. Jin fell to one knee, again the strange light being emitted from his body. Xiaoyu crawled over to her fallen boyfriend, hugged his body close to his.

"Jin, come back to me." Xiaoyu whispered softly as she stroked his face. No matter how he fought against her, she held him. Xiaoyu's own white wings enveloped them both them like a hug, as Xiaoyu slowly soothed the demon that lurked inside Jin.

"What the?" Kazuya said walking into the dojo with Jun and Heihachi. Christie had run for help and found them. They looked at Jin and could still the traces of demon that were slowly surely disappearing. "He has the gene too." Kazuya said shaking his head.

"Well that's what you get when you sell the soul to the devil." Heihachi said coldly. "You damn your son and his family not mention look at how yours will suffer. Aren't you just worthy of father of the year?" Heihachi went on, he hadn't bothered to look at what was going on until then. 'Looks like Jin's not the only one with a little family secret. This is just what I'm looking for.' He thought referring to the soft glow that Xiaoyu had, not to mention the white wings that were hugging Jin close to her.

A while later.

"Dad?" Jin asked as he walked into the living room. He found his father sitting on the couch. "What am I?" Kazuya looked at his son startled at the question.

"You're my and your mother's son." Kazuya said trying to avoid this topic. He was dreading the day that he would have to talk about this to Jin. That small optimistic part of Kazuya would say that maybe Jin had gotten his mother's angelic side rather his demonic curse. But what he saw and heard about today proved that he was only dreaming.

"I know that but what happened today?" Jin asked in a demanding tone.

"Alright I know this going to sound a little far fetched." Kazuya started leaning back against his chair. "It all started when I was younger. My father threw me off of a cliff for showing signs of weakness. So years after he seemingly abandoned me, I was plotting revenge. I did something's that I should've; I let evil over take me."

"Does grandfather have this thing too?" Jin asked looking at his feet.

"No he's just plain evil." Kazuya sighed. "I sold my soul to the devil, in exchange for power basically. After the first tournament I defeated Heihachi for the Empire. I was unstoppable, had gotten what I wanted- revenge. I threw him off the same cliff he threw me off of. But then when the second tournament rolled around I met your mother. Honestly I fell in love with her but I was still vengeful and greedy. I wanted a future with her but I wanted to be sure Heihachi wasn't in the way. So I remember one morning I left your mother's side, without telling her, and went to meet Heihachi at a volcano. The deal was loser gets tossed in. I lost and the only reason I am still here today is because of the devil, because of that part of me. When I found your mother again she was already 8 months pregnant with you. At first I wasn't going to come back, I was going to stay and develop my powers so that I could get Heihachi once and for all but I didn't. I was going to leave after I found your mother again too, I was afraid that I would just bring more problems to you and your mother, but I stayed with her. I realized if I did I would be just as bad as Heihachi. Even though Heihachi was there all my life, it felt like I didn't have a father. I didn't want that for you. When you were little there were no traces of it, the only thing was that sparks sometimes charge out of your fist when you were mad. Other then that, you were more angel then devil. We had no way of telling; I just hopped and prayed this would never happen to you."

"Why'd you do this to me?" Jin asked a bit bitter. Kazuya remained clam he knew that his son had every right to be bitter and angry with him.

"I did it because I was greedy, I wasn't thinking to the future. I only thought of the effects then not anything long term. I wanted to get him back for the years of neglect, I grew up without my mother- she died while giving birth to me. I guess my father blamed me. I didn't know this was an inherited gene. If it were up to I'd rather die then have you go through this, because I know this not the most pleasant thing on earth. When you born I just wanted to be there protect you and your mother, make up for what I've done and try to be a better father then Heihachi was to me." Kazuya admitted.

"Is there anything that I can do to stop this thing?" Jin asked looking his father in the eyes.

"You just have to learn to control it." Kazuya sighed. "But there something that I have that can help you." Kazuya said handing his son a pair of red gloves. "When I went to the research lab they gave me these things. It'll help you control it a little bit but you have to keep this under control." Kazuya said walking away from his son. "Let me give you a warning: Don't let hate over take you like it did me. Once it does it'll be hard to go back to feeling again, because your actions affect everyone around you." Kazuya finished before he left the room leaving Jin alone with the gloves in hand. Jin sighed to himself as he walked up the long stairs and to his room. When he walked into his room he found Xiaoyu waiting in his room sitting on his bed.

"What are you doing in here?" Jin asked a bit surprised that she even wanted to look at him after he had done that to her. He shot her a pair of guilty eyes when he saw the physical reminders of what he had done to her. I bruised hand markings that were evident on her neck, her head being wrapped up, and fine scars on her arms. Her injuries were the worst of anyone.

"I was worried about you." Xiaoyu said shyly.

"I'm surprised that you still want to talk to me, or even he in the same country as me. Hell I don't blame you if you want to leave." Jin said angrily moreover with himself.

"I don't want to leave." Xiaoyu said looking him in the eyes. "I care too much about you to leave; I just want to know what happened." Xiaoyu requested. Jin sat next to her and explained what happened.

"I'm sorry." Jin sighed looking into her eyes.

"Why?" Xiaoyu asked looking at him disbelief. "Something happened that is out of your control. You did not know about this and most certainly I know that you would never intentionally hurt me, so why are saying sorry."

"Look at what I've done." Jin said shaking his head. "If it wasn't for my father, then this would never have happened."

"Jin it's not like your father planned this whole thing out to be some conspiracy against you." Xiaoyu sighed. "He cares about you, a lot. If he didn't he wouldn't have stayed with you and your mother and try to make your life as normal as possible cause he knew that he was living with the possibility of you having the gene. He wanted you to grow up in a kind environment with both parents so that maybe you have a chance to not let hate over power you." Jin looked at her in amazement. She understood and she was not ready to run off screaming.

The Next Day.

"I wonder if Xiao and Jin are even here." Julia said as she walked into the school courtyard with Steve, Christie, and Hwoarang.

"I don't care, I think after yesterday I have learned a very valuable lesson. Curiosity killed the cat." Hwoarang sighed as he raked a hand through his red hair.

"Yea but satisfaction brought him back." Steve said trying to make a good point. They all just looked at him. "Then again silence is golden so I'll take it as my cue to shut up."

"Yea you do that." Christie sighed. "Look Eddie didn't know about anything he just told me the rumors he heard."

"My mom and dad have been in the tournaments from the beginning, they knew. My mom used to try to assassinate Kazuya." Steve sighed.

"Look I don't care what you all say. They are crazy that is the proof! I warned you all, I told you there was something that wasn't right going on there but-no! No one bothers to listen to Doo San Hwoarang when he tries to warn you but when the shit goes down- I'm right!" Hwoarang rambled.

"Ok Hwoarang you were right. You were right about there being something weird going on with that family. You were right about that demonic transformation. Ok, happy now?" Julia said hoping that would shut her boyfriend up.

"Actually I am and very!" Hwoarang beamed proud of himself. As they walked closer to the school they saw Xiaoyu walking toward them.

"Hey guys." Xiaoyu said offering them a smile.

"Xiao, what are you doing here?" Christie asked looking at her friend. The attack marks were evident over the pale skin.

"I am here to learn, like you all." Xiaoyu said slowly trying to be a bit optimistic.

"No, we mean you were banged up pretty badly." Steve said referring to the hand markings that were showing on her neck.

"I'm fine." Xiaoyu said reassuring them, as Jin walked over to her.

"You've got some nerve." Hwoarang sneered.

"Hwoarang don't even think it." Xiaoyu warned looking at Hwoarang. "Look it was a freak accident. What gave me these scars wasn't Jin; it was something that took over him. You know that. You know that he couldn't control it, I'm not going to hold any grudges so why are you?"

"I just can't trust him after something like that." Hwoarang growled. "It took me slitting his throat for us to find out."

"I didn't know." Jin said shaking his head. "I never asked to be like this, I didn't get a choice." Jin finished.

"See you guys." Xiaoyu said putting an arm around Jin and another around Hwoarang. "We all have friends since before we can even remember. Are we seriously going to let something like this stop us from being the best of friends?" They all looked at each other. Jin reached his hand out and Hwoarang shook it.

"Thanks.' Jin said looking at Hwoarang.

"What? You're thanking him?" Julia asked confused as to what was going on.

"If hadn't stabbed me I would never have figured it out." Jin said with a slight grin.

Ok moving on Spring Break.

"I can't believe we are letting them go." Jun said as she watched the group of teenagers load up the van.

"Look Forest is going to be there." Marshall said trying sooth the worries. "Ever since he left for college I've seen a change in him. He's actually been responsible, as scary as it is."

"Look let the kids have fun down at the beach." Paul said chuckling. "I mean it's their first trip away from home without their parents."

"I guess you're right." Nina sighed.

"We raised them well so they should be alright." Michelle said nodding her head as she watched them get in the van.

"Well hopefully." Baek joked. He wanted to convince himself fully trust that Xiaoyu, Jin, Julia, Forest, Hwoarang, Christie, and Steve would be alright for the week alone at the beach.
