"Why hasn't she called me?" Jin asked as he paced around his room. "I mean it's been a week! For the sake of all if she never wanted to talk to me again all she had to do was say that! I can take a hint if she doesn't want to talk to me! It's not like I am getting attached or something it's just the fact that it's been a week since I have talked to her well I mean communicated with her. She hasn't returned any of my calls or my e-mails! Did I do something wrong? Maybe my family disgusted her?"

"If you are done losing your mind I would like to say something." Steve said as he stopped Jin. They were on the phone with each to her and Steve was trying to calm Jin down. "Did it ever occur to you that she was sick and that she has a sore throat and she can't talk to you. Maybe she is sick and she doesn't want you to get sick so she prefers to not hang around you so you will not get sick?"

"And did it ever occur to you that you think about things too much? And that what you are saying is the biggest load of B.S. ever?" Jin asked in a monotone voice. "I don't know what to do!"

"Well I do not know what to tell you, but did it ever occur that you may want to go to her house in person?" Steve asked sarcastically.

"You know what that isn't a bad idea!" Jin said happily as his other lined beeped. "Oh wait hold on, I got another call." Jin quickly clicked over to his other line. "Hello."

"Met me at the corner store now!" The voice said before quickly hanging the phone up. It happened so fast that the only thing that was heard was where to go and not who it was.

"Steve I gotta go." Jin said hanging up the phone not giving Steve the chance to reply. Jin quickly dashed out of the mansion. He didn't have to worry about being caught cause that mansion was so big nobody hardly ever noticed if you left or not. He followed what the voice had told him, as he ran in the pouring and went to the corner store. He looked around him and saw Xiaoyu sitting on the bench holding a small suitcase, soaking wet looking at her feet. "Xiao what are you doing out here?"

"I have a reason for not talking or seeing you all week." Xiaoyu said as she looked at him through the droplets that were falling. "I couldn't bare to tell you that I am moving back to China." Jin looked at her, not being able to say anything. He reached out and hugged her shivering body to his. He gently stroked her cheek soothing away the tears. "I can't go, and I am not."

"What?" Jin asked as he still held her.

"We are suppose to leave today but I can't leave you, I've got everything here." Xiaoyu said as she cried. "More importantly I have you now, I'm not letting go."

"What are you going to do?" Jin asked softly.

"I'm going to stay at the train station for awhile." Xiaoyu said sniffling.

"No you're coming back home with me." Jin said as he started walking with her. He was guiding himself and her back to his place.

"But what will your parents say?" Xiaoyu said as they walked.

"They don't have to know, I mean the mansion is so big that well they will never have to know cause I doubt that they will see you." Jin said as they got to the front of his house. "Ok when we get in, just dash right after me and let's pray that none of the helpers see you."

"Ok." Xiaoyu said as Jin opened the doors. They dashed inside and Xiaoyu followed Jin all the up the grand stairs and into his room. "Thanks."

"Don't worry about it." Jin said smiling. He handed her some of his dry clothes and she changed in the bathroom. She came out and joined him on the bed. She crawled under the covers next to him snuggling against him.

"What are going to do?" Xiaoyu asked as she yawned.

"For now we are going to sleep." Jin said as he affectionately rubbed the side of her head coaxing her to sleep.

"Why are you being so quiet?" Julia asked as she and Hwoarang sat in his living room. She was permitted to come over as long as Baek was home.

"Nothing." Hwoarang said shaking his head. He was thinking about what had happened earlier in the day. He had gotten a call from Xiaoyu and she had told him of her plans to disobey her Uncle and run away so she would not have to move back to China. This alarmed Hwoarang; Xiaoyu was like his little sister though they picked on each other they were all close.

"Anytime you do not feel the urge to be sarcastic then there is a problem." Baek said as he walked in on the conversation. "What's up?" Hwoarang looked at his father and then he looked back at Julia then made a mental decision. Even if Xiaoyu never talked to him again he knew at least she would be safe, so he had to tell. Hopefully any of his friends would do the same for him or for anyone else.

"Ok, I have a confession." Hwoarang said pulling on his red hair.

"What?" Julia asked rubbing his back. She that Hwoarang had a hard time admitting things, he was very independent.

"I know where Xiaoyu is, I lied when her Uncle called, I know." Hwoarang sighed. "She called and told me earlier that she was very upset about moving back to China. She said something about maybe sleeping in the train station and that she was going to meet Jin before she did whatever."

"I'll call her Uncle and let him know." Baek said as he left the room.

"You know you did the right thing." Julia said softly.

"She's going to kill me." Hwoarang laughed bitterly. "It just makes me think whether or not I made the right decision."

"You did." Julia said with an encouraging smile. "Everyone knows how you and Xiaoyu act like brother and sister, hell, you might as well be. You're just looking out for her. I would've done the same thing." Hwoarang just looked at her. "After awhile I swear."

Meanwhile.

"Jin, darling open up." Jun said as she tapped on Jin's door. Immediately Xiaoyu and Jin woke up and looked at each other. Xiaoyu tumbled off the bed and crawled under it.

"Coming mom." Jin said as he gave his room one final check before he opened the door to let his mother and father in.

"Jin I think you need to sit down." Kazuya said as they walked over to his bed.

'Oh lord, please don't sit on the bed.' Jin thought as his parents walked over to it. They sat on his bed. 'And of course they sit on the bed.' He thought as he leaned against the wall near the bed.

"You don't want to sit Jinny?" Jun asked with sad eyes.

"No that's alright." Jin said smiling at his mother.

"Jin, have you talked to Xiaoyu?" Kazuya asked looking at his son. Jin lied, and he shook his head. "Well she's missing, Hwoarang said he had talked to Xiaoyu and she said that she was going to sleep in the train station but before then she was going to come and see you."

"I got a call saying to meet someone at the train station but I don't know who it was. I couldn't tell the voice." Jin told his parents. It wasn't a complete lie, he was told to meet someone just not in those exact words.

"Well if you hear something then let us know, cause her Uncle is worried sick. I just hope the poor girl isn't killed or kidnapped." Jun said with a worried expression.

"Hey what's everyone doing in here?" Lee asked as he walked into his room as well. Of course it was just Jin's luck since Lee sat on his bead as well.

"We are all trying to avoid you and damn you caught on." Kazuya said in a monotone voice.

"Well I know how you have a hard time expressing how you feel so I'll take it as you are telling me how much you love me." Lee said batting his eyes.

"What the fuck?" Kazuya asked looking at him. "For the last time I do not swing like that, even if I did, I don't care that you are adopted- it would still be incest to me."

"Whatever." Lee said as he licked is lips then crossed his legs.

"Hello, did everyone forget that I am here!" Jin said waving one of his hands. "Did it ever occur to any of you that I just found out the my girlfriend is missing and she may be dead, meaning that maybe I would like sometime alone?"

"What the hell is everyone doing in here?" Heihachi asked as he walked in with Kuma, his new body guard bear. And of course Heihachi walks over to the bed and sits on it.

"Do it and I'll personally turn you into a rug." Jin said narrowing his eyes at Kuma. He knew that Kuma was thinking of sitting on his bed. At this rate Xiaoyu would be crushed. Kuma looked at Jin then roared causing Jin to jump back. Kuma dropped to the floor and his head looked under the bed.

"What is under there?" Lee asked in confusion as he watched the bear scramble for whatever it was.

"Probably an old sock." Kazuya shrugged. Kuma pulled his head out with Xiaoyu's shirt caught in his mouth with Xiaoyu still there! "Or not."

"It's miracle." Jin cheered hoping his parents wouldn't say anything they just looked at him.

"Explanation?" Jun demanded.

"I was going to run away and stay the night at the train station, but I was telling Jin what had happened and he insisted that I had come here." Xiaoyu said as Kuma put her down. "Please don't call my Uncle I don't want to go back to China." Xiaoyu said looking at his family with wide tear filled eyes.

"I have an idea." Heihachi said getting off of the bed and walking over to Xiaoyu. "How would you like for me to be your guardian?"

"Girl, trust me he ain't that much of a father and I doubt he'd be a good guardian." Lee snickered.

"You know for once the fruit cake has a point." Kazuya said nodding his head.

"Xiaoyu it's up to you." Heihachi said looking at her. "I'll work everything out with your Uncle so that you can stay in Japan with me as your guardian, do we have a deal?" Heihachi asked holding his hand out to her.

"We have a deal." Xiaoyu said shaking his hand after a moment of thought. Jin smiled. Not only was Xiaoyu staying here in Japan but she was going to be living with him as well, could life get any better?
