Epilogue

The sky seemed to tell the mood of Trish as she sat in the hospital bed. For months since Molly attacked her, Trish made the hospital her new home. She remembered the first time she woke up in the hospital, something that she would never forget. The doctor told her what happened then he handed her the mirror.

She saw the proof.

She saw her face. She nearly collapsed at the sight. She was hideous.

Sure, she knew that Molly had hit her in the face with a sledge hammer but she never thought it was this bad. She didn’t know who that was staring back at her. That couldn’t be her, but it was. The swollen puffy eyes and nose the blacked bruised marks, and disfigured face- it was her.

So here she was back again the morning after another procedure. It’s been six months since her first procedure, and still Kane looked more feminine and beautiful then she could hope to be at the moment.

But here she sat waiting for the doctor to come in and unwrap the bandages off her face though she was sure that she would rather leave them on. Still there was a small glimmer of hope that well this procedure would do the trick and she could go back to being a diva again.

“Trish darling.” The nurse said as she walked into the room. The staff all knew her by now, hell she’d been there enough times and surely there would be more times to come. “There are some things here for you, there from some of your friends.”

Trish nodded. She couldn’t speak because the bandaged wrapped tightly around her face only showing her mouth and eyes, not to mention it just plain hurt.

The nurse sat the things down in front of Trish and left. Trish picked up the first card, it was from Lita. Since Lita was hospitalized for a spinal injury her career in the ring had ended, leaving her jobless. So in a way it was always since to get a little something from a friend just saying hello.

Trish finally reached the end of her short pile. She picked up a plan white envelop with her name written on it with red ink. Curious Trish opened the letter, her eyes scanned over the letter. It read:

Dearest Trish,

I warned you. I warned your ass but you just didn’t listen so I made you listen to me! Get the message?

See I know you are thinking: What did I do to deserve this? Why me? Let me explain it to you.

We used to be friends. Me, you, and Lita. Best friends in fact, but you ruined that. That night when I saw you in bed with Spike, that was your first strike. I thought that it wasn’t your fault. So then while I was with Shane and I told you that I kind of had a little crush on him you made fun of me. Finally here is where it all comes down.

You’re return! You learn how to wrestle! Let me tell you something you blonde bitch, three months of training does not make you a wrestler. So what? Someone hit you and you decided to do something about it nothing much let me tell you! You only know what 5 wrestling moves! I know more then you could ever count! And yet Trish has to win everything, Trish has to be the best, and Trish is the model diva! No, not anymore.

Then you make fun of my ass! At least I did not buy mine along with other body parts.

So now I bet you are still wondering why, aren’t you?

Revenge...definitely!

I was originally going to kill you. But then I thought that death was to good for you. So I sat down and thought of something worse, much worse. I decided to take away something that well, means everything to you.

You’re Beauty!

I warned you that I would destroy that pretty littler face of yours! I warned you!! And now even the roaches spit on you because of your ugliness.

You made me miserable, you tormented me and you destroyed my self esteem. So I destroyed your career and your beauty.

Oh, and Trish darling Get well soon!

Love,
        Molly

P.S.- Look in the envelop.

Trish took in a shaking breath as she placed her hand in the envelop. She pulled out the card and burst into tears throwing it on the floor in rage. On the cheaply tiled floor lay the card. It was an invitation to Chris and Molly’s wedding that had taken place a week earlier, something to put more salt in Trish’s open wounds.

Molly smiled as she walked down the hospital hall. She was couldn’t help herself she had to see the look of Trish’s face when she got that. She walked outside the hospital to where Chris was waiting by the car.

“Red Games over= winner me.” Molly cackled as she kissed Chris!
