"When will
this end?" Hunter asked as he sat back in his chair.
"When hell freezes
over." Jeff sighed walking around the hotel room. "Has anyone bothered to even
keep track of how long this madness has been going on?"
"Well no, but
since it was Shane's idea, I think that he should be the one to keep track of
this." Trish said.
"Yea this all started with him wanting an idea for
Lent." Chris said in thought.
"But haven't we all forgotten the deeper
meaning behind what we are doing?" Jazz asked in one of those hear felt little
voices.
"Oh lord here we go with other little speech about how unchilled
our behavior has been." Rob said as he leaned his head back preparing to go to
sleep.
"I mean Lent is about giving up over vices to help make us better
people." Jazz said prancing around the room.
"And all this time I was
think that this experience was about something else." Scott said as he rubbed
his hand under his chin in thought.
"And what would that be now?" Molly
asked curious to know his views.
"The money and bragging rights from the
winner or winners." Scott said shrugging.
"You know that's what I was
think too." The Rock said agreeing with him.
"Well you guys you want to
know what I think about this whole situation." Shane asked looking at
everyone.
"No, and you know what you have lost your privilege to speak.
For you speaking is no longer a right but it is a privilege and you have abused
it." Jeff said ordering his friend to be quiet.
"In dumb ass terms it
means to shut up." Molly said putting her 2 cents in. Shane looked down to the
ground not saying anything.
"Dudes I have to admit this has been like
awesome." Rob said getting up to hug everyone.
"Well personally I can't
wait to go back to the way things were." Chris said with a smile.
"Can I
speak now?" Shane asked raising his hand as if he were a school
child.
"Is it something intelligent?" Hunter asked making sure that this
would not be a waste of their time to hear what he had to say.
"Now what
the hell are you thinking asking that?" Jeff asked looking at Hunter.
"I
think that we all know the answer to that one." Scott said in
agreement.
"I mean this is America and well according to the constitution
we all have the right of freedom of speech." Jazz said in his
honor.
"Well no see once you all stepped into my territory I became the
king and ruler since this is my dressing room." Hunter pointed out. "And I am
just stating the facts here."
"You all have to admit I mean he does have
a point." Chris said. "Oh gosh what has become of me I am actually agreeing with
Hunter?"
"Haven't we been through this before?" Jeff asked. "You are only
becoming a former shell of yourself."
"Dudes haven't we forgotten the
important issue a hand here?" Rob said snapping everyone back into
reality.
"Now enlighten us on what that seems to be." Trish said looking
open to hear what he had to say.
"Yea me having something to say." Shane
said thankful that someone had remembered that he had something to
say.
"No, that I am running out of like totally and tubular things of
wisdom to say." Rob said like everyone should've known what was on his mind. The
all looked at him.
"Alright Shane speak your mind." Molly said like she
really didn't care. "Just let him speak I mean it couldn't be any worse then
what the surfer dude had to say so I say we just let him say what he needs to
then he can be out of our hair."
"Well you all I just thought about what
you all were saying like a few minutes ago about when would lent be over and
well it has just occurred to me that well, umm, Lent is over. And well it's been
over for like a week." Shane said shyly. Everyone glanced at each other and then
at Shane. With his words everyone went into a mass amount of chaos- everyone
went back to normal. Shane just sat back and watched the madness with smile,
he'd done
good.
