Skit Records is still closed and shall remain. But I figured I'd give everyone an update on whats been happening since the label split. Matt has joined forces with Mickey (Room 101 Records) to form Cries Of Pain Records. They've so far released records from Sangre De los Puercos, Etae, and have in the works the Diallo / Exhale split and DisSystema / Holokaust split 7"s. You can reach them through [email protected]. I've since started Chaotic Noise records and Zine here in new Jersey. 3 issues of the zine are currently available for free or trade. You can check out my site HERE. No record releases have come about yet, but in the works is V/A 80 Minutes Of Musical Terror Compilation cd-r to benefit the zine. I'm still collecting submissions so if you have a band and you wanna be on it...drop me a line @ [email protected]. 3 piece grindcore from Connecticut US. Follow up to their 1st ep on Dead Alive records. Crushing crusty grind drawing influences from early Napalm Death with more modern twists from bands such as Phobia or Rotten Sound.
Another Connecticut gem. Excellent semi-political crusty thrash that they like to call "Youth Crust". Very fitting. Blazing fucking record that I personally feel is way too short. Definatley leaves you wanting more. 2nd ep in the works.
Excellent thrashing hardcore punk in the vein of DS 13, What Happens Next?, and so on. Blazing and absolutley crucial shit!!
