I never thought I would like a storie like this, I personaly to be honest with you thought it was something for little kids and I never even bothered to watch the first movie while it was still in theaters, but alas Rowlings magic found me anyways. While I was eating dinner at my cousins house he mentioned the movie and I told him how I never bothered to watch it. He could not belive this an perceeded to put on the movie which at this time had been released on dvd.
I watched every min. of this wonderfull storie and to my luck didnt have to wait to long before the second movie was released(Harry Potter and the prisoner of azkaban)in theaters. After watching the second movie this storie motivated me to do something I had never done before, buy the books.
I was on a quest to learn everything I could about Harry and his friends and their adventures. After bugging my friends they purchased me all of the current released titles at the time(1-4) in hardback for christmas. I proceeded to read them one at a time as fast as I could. Every word seemed to only draw my into the storie more and more.
I have now read all of the current titles released books 1-6 and of course I own them all in hardback. Now I am stuff waiting for June 2004 to come around so I can watch the 3rd movie, and then a year after that for the 6th book title to be released.
So in short, I highley recomend these books to anyone even if you have not read anything since high school.
