This is the New York New York hotel, the Statue of Liberty is 1/8 scale of the real one and the roller coster is great single loop and a barrel spin get your stomach in just the right place.
This includes News Paper Stands, Grafiti or Street Art, Steam rising through pot holes, and just some rude people walking around messing with you.
Just kidding on the last one I love New Yorkers.
The Monte Carlo has 3200 rooms making it one of the larger hotels on the strip, it also is home to its own Brewery which is also a Bar and Night Club, 3 pool including a Wave Pool and a Lazy River.
Monte Carlo also offers a tram to Beligo which puts you in walking distance to Ceasars, Peris, Aladin, Treasure Island to name afew.
Food court has a Mc' Donalds among other things. One draw back to this hotel is that it has a Verry Small Arcade making it boring for people under 21 or familys traveling with children but its a stones throw from other strip hotels and is located on "Four Corners" which host more hotel rooms then any other place in the United States.
