Star Ice Graphics 0/30- Layout: You didn't make it...
15/25- HTML & CSS: Dude, target="_blank" ;) and my default font is Times New
Roman, so it killed your website
10/20- Content: You need more content, babe... that's the only thing visitors
come for ;)
7/15- Graphics: It looks like you used MSPaint... it's the devil I tellz ya!
0/0- Updates: I can't find your updates so it won't be counted against you.
7/10- First Impression: "This guy's hot!" lol...
0/5- Splash Page: Just had a splash image and tagboard... join something!!

My Comment- It's a cute site; not the best, not the worst.
My Suggestion- he layouts you're giving out is really bleh... And I think you
should make some graphics (welcome signs, enter signs, etc.)
