This game is soooo cool! It's all done to the original game's styles and music, only modern and such. The movies are amazing (the Black Waltz chasing the cargo ship is a kick ass example). Tetra Master, the card game is tres fun. The characters act like people, and the best part of all of course... MOOGLES!!!

The classic shoot-em up 3D adventure. With stunning 3D graphics, amazingly intelligent AI, and tough monsters, its no wonder this game took the industry by storm. The soundtrack included with the game by NIN is cool, but it needs "The Thing I Hate" by Stabbing Westward. That would be perfect Quake music.

This game is... interesting in concept and in game play. I find the battle system can be kind of awkward at times, but its a good idea still. Squaresoft's creative team has blown my mind again, though. The fact that everything you say and do makes a difference as to who joins you, and what happens in the end is even cooler than in Chrono Trigger's. I have two final arguements as to why I gave it a four. First, It will never be as good as Final Fantasy IX, and second, you have to have played Chrono Trigger to understand most of the plot. Thankfully, Square has released a remake of Final Fantasy IV and Chrono Trigger in an anthology-style two CD jewel cased set.

This game is quite easily, the best game I've played in a long time. Instead of wasting the ability the SNES has, it uses every last bit of it to make beautiful graphics that could rival some Playstation games, and uses a SNES style FMV technology no one paid attention to. It's very poetic and the gameplay is simple and fun, while puzzles are challenging, but not too frustrating. Also, being a fan of the SoulBlazer series, I found this one to keep true to the original more than Illusion of gaia does, thanks to its level up system and weapon style. The final two contributions to the perfection this game displays is the breathtaking soundtrack and the way all the characters act. When you do something heroic, you are regarded as a hero, and people are grateful, the main character is also pretty chic, with his daring attitude and cocky remarks.

The classic Megaman (Rockman in Japan) given a cool twist - Its the future and everything's different. As the fourth installment hit the Playstation, Fans were given some new features (despite the fact that the game is four years old). Anime style FMV and intro, and a "Street Fighter" style intro to the main boss at the beginning of each level. You can also play as Zero, the ultra-cool long haired dude with a Z-sabre. Both characters gain unique attacks utilizing their weapon. While X is an "easy mode" and Zero a "Hard mode", I find its easier as Zero most of the time, perhaps because you can hit things easier and he is more powerful and way cooler, or perhaps because X is too weak at the beginning. Either way, its an amazing game and if you have a Playstation and enjoyed the others of the series, you should play this game.

Squaresoft's most celebrated game outside the actual Final Fantasy series next to XenoGears. This game offers incredible storyline, following one Ramza Beoulve. As you play this game, with its unique battle system, and its well thought out soundtrack, you can quickly get wrapped in the story the way you do a good book or even a well-written movie. With its cutesy graphics and tough characters, it is easy to get caught up in playing. With a huge number of classes to choose from, each character you get can either become weak or powerful. You control everything, from who fights in what battles, who has what job, and where you are going in the game. A good way to spend your week off rotting your brain away to mush.

This game is jaw-droppingly, incredible. The DVD quality FMVs are so real it's disgusting. The fighting is a much better system, and so is the leveling up. Only one thing I have a problem with: MORE ABILITY SPHERES PLEASE!!! Buy this game. Don't rent, buy.

With new innovations to the GTA engine, this game has a lot of excellent features. So far, I have punched a cop in the face, and got shot by four cops for doing so, stole a few cars and crashed a few more. My only problem with the game is some of the controls, and a few graphical flaws, making it cut short a perfect score.

Good Graphics, decent SFX and Music, but after that, we have a whoile list of things from historical inaccuracy to really, really bad voice acting. Not to mention the redundant "kill all the soldiers then kill the general" gameplay. Everything from good weapons to good characters has to be unlocked, which is the act of playing a game over and over until you can do everything blindfolded on hard mode with an undeveloped character. Not reccommended for enthusiasts who have read the book.

One of the most sought after PSX games ever, and for no reason. The graphics are horrible, the gameplay is slow, and the game lags constantly. What makes it worse, instead of "Split Screen" style play, you have to share the gaming area on one screen, making it impossible to level up two characters at once with out the arguement "That was MY kill!" showing up between players. The only good thing about it is the sounds, because they were taken directly from the PC version.
