Amanda wanted a tree with some green leaves and a few cuddly things scattered around.  Here is what she got.
The ceiling slopes into this wall so the tree limbs spread into the sloped area.  I put a birds nest in these limbs.  The post sticking up is the foot of Abbys bed.  Its not near as close as it looks.  Its about 4' away
This shows the trees right side and the base.
The right side now has a full compliment of cuddly things.  There is even a little red ladybug on the leaf of the daisy.
The nest now has its occupants.  We went with blue birds for the color.  If you look at the leaf above the head of the far right baby bird you will see a little green inch worm.  Amanda wanted a fiddle head fern at the base of the tree.  Thats my rendition of a fiddle head fern.  I dont know.  Its close I guess
Heres my mouse.  Hes blowing on a dandelion. Actually he's just standing there.
I then added the mama bird.
This ladybug was Abbys idea.  She wanted one eating a hole in the leaf.
These are my favorites.  Theyre painted in a corner with a bookcase on one side and the wall on the other.  I had about 2 to paint in while lying on the floor.   Tuff.
This is the final picture group.  It is over Abbys bed and to the left.  Technically they are my best stuff.  I like them OK, but the mushrooms are my favorite.
Abby and I added one other picture.  It was a secret from her mom.  Amanda said, no dinosaurs, so we had to find a place to hide one.  We found the perfect place.
Check it out.
