Your page must be X-Files related! Skinner related is a plus.
Your page doesn't necessarily need to be appropriate for all ages, but it must have a content warning before visitors see the actual content. For instance, mature fanfic pages are acceptable, but you must give fair warning.
All types of X-Files content is allowed, including, but not limited to, fanfic, star bios/dedications, files, episode guides, reviews, links, and awards.
Your page will be judged by our panel of judges based on the following:

No "under construction" signs. All pages are under construction by way of frequent updates unless they're abandoned, at which point they serve little or no purpose on the web.
Link popularity, META tags, and personal preferences will not have any baring on the judgment.
If you are submitting a page for someone other than yourself, the actual page owner's name and e-mail must be given, and we must be able to contact them regarding their award if they are to win.
You will be informed on whether you win or not. Please allow at least two weeks before you contact me regarding your entry.
If your submission is declined, you may make the appropriate changes to your site and resubmit your entry.
Upon winning the award, you will be asked to upload the award to your server, and use it to link back to Skinnerholics Anonymous. The code to do so will be provided for you, and it may be edited as long as the URL back to SA remains, and the image is not altered.

There are two awards to chose from, both of which work great on just about any background.
