Remember the Red Sox's brilliant comeback over the Yankees in the ALCS? The White Sox did just that, only 2 games earlier. Now with them having a 6-game winning streak, it'll be hard for the Astros to stop them. You could point out the Astro's pitching to give them a chance, but that's been the real suprise of this series. Game 1 resulted in 5-3, and Game 2 resulted in 7-6. Yup...sure are pitching dominated games.
Game 2's have set the tone for the 2 pennant championships. And it set the tone in this World Series. The White Sox with a grand slam in the 7th inning, along with the walkoff home run, done by Konerko and Podsednik respectively. I don't care who you are, but Podsednik getting his second home run all year to end the game will sicken any pitcher on that mound, and probably tears your heart out more than the grand slam. A memorable Game 2 goes to the Sox, and so will the series...in 4 straight.
