"Well, I had a season of averaging 3.2 points a game, 2.1 rebounds a game, and 1.4 assists a game. I think I'll declare myself for the NBA draft."
Congratulations, young man! Here's to a career playing overseas in some communist country! How about you stay in school and learn more about the game.
"No. I think I'm good enough."
Really? Your crappy college game is going to beat great teams like San Antonio or Detriot? No ones cares in the NBA whether or not you can dunk a lot. Veteran defensive players will stop you anyways. And I don't even want to start on the high school players, I might die of a brain hemmorage caused by extreme anger. But enough of the negative energy.
Nothing can get me down about the upcoming college basketball season. It will be unpredictable, but that only adds to the frenzy. As far as prognostics go, I won't do any, because they're worthless. The only reason people predict games, is so by the off chance that they are right, they look like a genius!
"Yeah, I predicted North Carolina to win it all in my bracket last year."
What about the other 1,000 times you were wrong?
"Well, I got this one right so, I'll continue to do it anyways."
Well, good luck with that, I won't listen to you anyways. AHHHH, I HATE THE SPORTS MEDIA! "I'M AS MAD AS HELL, AND I CAN'T TAKE IT ANYMORE!"
But, with a frentic season on the way, I will at least be supplied with great basketball. It appears that Iowa State, Iowa, and Northern Iowa will have good seasons, so the entire state of Iowa will be overflowed with sports glory. It's going to be awesome.
(The so-called "conversations" with the early entry basketball guy and the predictions guy, were not real. No animals were harmed during this presentation. Every thing was fabricated more so to entertain. If you were offended... SCREW YOU!)
