Communicator

As I assumed more challenging positions with more responsibility, I learned many different methods to communicate effectively with many different types of people. Passing down verbal and written instructions from my superiors as well as ascertaining what the customer wanted and then communicating that information to employees is instrumental in keeping any organization moving forward and profitable.

Written documentation concerning what was done, how it was done, and who did it as well as who inspected the final product is a fundamental requirement in any government regulated industry such as aviation and education.

My writing skills include winning an award for poetry and writing for the University of Houston's daily newspaper, The Daily Cougar, as a featured columnist.
