Friday 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Saturday & Sunday By Appointment Only
Arrive in good time:
Upon arrival, please check in at front desk. We suggest you arrive 15 - 30 minutes early so you can settle down and fill out all necessary paperwork. Your Practitioner will greet you in the Lounge and escort you to your treatment room. If you are late, we will do everything possible to accommodate you, but cannot promise your full service time.
Cell Phones & Pagers:
To preserve a peaceful experience for all, cell phones and pagers are not permitted in the office.
Comfort:
Although massage and body treatments require the removal of clothing, respect for your modesty and privacy is our primary concern. You may undress to your level of comfort. Careful draping procedures are observed at all times. You will be completely covered during your service except for the area that is being worked on at that time. Seated massages and some specific treatment massages are done completely dressed. During your treatment, we encourage you to communicate any discomfort (pressure, temperature, etc.) to your therapist.
Special Needs and Medical Conditions:
Your comfort and well being is our first concern. Prior to receiving your service, please inform us about any special needs or medical conditions - pregnancy, hypertension, injuries, allergies or disabilities.
Personal belongings:
Your belongings will be stored in the same room as you are in. However, because of the required bare skin and freedom of motion, we request that you refrain from wearing jewelry. Large plastic zip-lock bags are available to store loose jewelry. We regret that we may not be held responsible for lost or stolen items.
Cancellation/No show policy:
To ensure that we provide the best service possible, cancellations must be received 24 hours prior to your appointment time. Cancellations received less than 24 hours in advance will be charged 1/2 of the amount of the service scheduled. No shows will be charged the full amount.
Age Policy & Children:
Treatments are designed for any age. Under the age of 18 years old requires parental signature. Children are not permitted in the office.
Drinks:
A free water bottle is given to each client after each massage is completed.
Gratuities:
Gratuities are appreciated and are entirely at your discretion. Prices do not include gratuities.
