Realism
Realism took in the mid 1800s.  Artists of the movement rejected the formulas of Neoclassicism, and the drama of Romanticism, preferring to paint familiar scenes and events as they actually looked.  Some of the most famous artists of the movement include Gustave Courbet, Jean-Francois Millet, and Honrore Daumier.
