| Description of topic: I will describe the several differetn types of art throughout our history. I will cover the classical and gothic art, Rennaissance art and other art movemetns and their relevance to the time period that they were m;ost popular. Then I will pick my favorite style of artwork, and create my own painting. Brief description of my goals: My goal is to learn about the history of different art movements. I also would like to improve my own skills at painting, as I create an example of my favorite style of Art. This could help me in my future since I am considering to do something art related as a career one day. Research: I will research different art styles on the internet, and in books I am also going to go to a museum to find real life examples of the artwork I am researching. Product: I am going to make a painting of my favorite style of art. Presentation: I will describe the different examples of art, show examples on my web page, and show them my painting. Technology: I'm going to use the internet for research, I will make a web page to display some examples of different artwork, and I will use a digital camera to take pictures in the museum and of my artwork to display on my web page. Written: I will write descriptions of different art movements on my website, and a short paper about the art movement I chose to do and its relevance with that time period. |
