180 & 360
Most of the rotation is in the upper body. You must keep the muscles in your body tight while in the air, especially  your  legs.  Figure  out  which  way  it  is that  you  feel  more  comfortable  rotating.    While approaching the jump  wind  your  upper  body  the opposite way of the way you are going to rotate.  A lot of  people  make  the  mistake  of  doing a   little prewind the other way before the do the  wind  up. This throws your weight  way  off  balance.  When you reach the lip of the jump  unwind  your  body. Keep your head  looking  over your  shoulders until you spot your landing then stop moving your and if you kept  your  leg  muscles  tight they will  follow. Remember that the upper  body  leads  every  thing else.
When doing a 180 you must land backwards. To land backwards you must keep your weight centered  over your feet. This can be  very hard for alot of people. it is very common  to lean forward.  Whenever  landing backing  concentrate  on   landing   and   not  turning around  forward  after  you land.  Twin  tips  making landing switch (backwards) much easier.
