To put a blinkie on the top of your neopets userlookup, type

With the URL of your blinkie where it says "URL HERE". If you want the blinkie at the top of your page, place this code near the top of your lookup. The same way, if you want it at the bottom, place it near the bottom. Be careful, though, because some pictures and shields won't show up unless they're at the very bottom, so you'd have to put this above that part of the CSS.
