A big group of walkers went over to Long Island. It was a beautiful afternoon and we had a really nice stroll in the sun.

| We noted the name of a nearby island is Coney Island, and it seems to confirm that some of the emigrants to America that ended up in the New York area must have travelled from Long and Coney Islands here in West Cork. | |||||||||||||||||||
