I found a website on travelling health info from health canada it says that the UofT health clinic is a 'Travel Clinic' ie. it can give advice on travelling abroad. The web page is:

Also to find out about specific country information, it's actually very helpful because it has consulte phone numbers etc. Go to the address below and click on 'Travel Reports' at the top. Then West Europe on the map. Then the appropriate country on the right.
