| feed the author [email protected] MBooker Hi! I'm Meredith and I'm a Mummy fan as most of you may have guessed. It's quite funny to me that I saw the movie once in theatres and didn't think about it again until I saw it in the monthly listing from the video club I'm in. The Mummy was was at a reduced price and I thought, "hmm, it was a cute movie why not get into it, especially since it was reduced." And that's how I became a fan of the movie (especially the relationship between Evelyn and Rick) and I fell in love with each and every one of the characters, even the evil ones. I tell ya, I watched the movie at least once a day for a month. Well I wrote my first fanfic about a TV show and when the fansite we posted to went out of business, one of the ladies happened to mention ff.net. One day I just happened over to MOVIES>>The Mummy section and read my first Mummy fanfic. After seeing TMR, I got inspired and wrote my own fanfic. It is also quite odd in that I am not an avid reader. In reading is not one of my favourite past times. I love reading the short series cos the long ones take so long to read! But I do like reading them when they are posted chapter by chapter cause I feel like I'm reading a lot of short stories that happen to be related. I hate getting behind in my reading because usually I never catch up. But I'm glad there are so many stories out there and that I can read em at my leisure. Anyway, that's a little about me! Chow! |
