Summary: Really my first real Mummy fan fiction. It’s a songfic to the words of Enya’s ‘Fallen Embers’. It’s Evy’s thoughts when she’s dying in TMR.

Why do I have to leave you, Rick? I don’t want to die. When we got married… on our honeymoon… the stars were flaming in the sky.
