Let me start by saying, Cathy Duffy has a WHOLE SECTION of her "Christian Home Educator's Curriculum Manual" devoted to this. Many of the suggestions are "longer" than what you are looking for. David Quine of Cornerstone Curriculum has LOTS of stuff for sale (tied into music, art and even a WHOLE high school curriculum) and would be a good source for items you might want/need to purchase.
The "classics" on this subject are of course: How Should We Then Live? by Frances Schaeffer. (It focuses on the arts.) And his daughter's book: "How To Be Your Own Selfish Pig", written to youth.
David Quine (as mentioned above) has run w/this and tied it into ALL subjects. He has several items, including: a video: "Building A Biblical Worldview" and the book "Let Us Highly Resolve".
Sire has the books "The Universe Next Door", "How to Read Slowly" and "Why Should Anyone Believe Anything At All?".
There is an allegory by Wilson called: "Persuasions: A Dream of Reason Meeting Unbelief".
Noebel has "Understanding the Times" and an abridged version.
There is also a book: "Seven Men Who Rule from the Grave".
I recommend you get Schaeffer's book (since he is the one who first wrote about this idea) and then choose another book or two.
