Using the Chat Bar Below:

As you probably know, by using the chat bar below people on this web site can communicate and help each other live. Also if I am avaliable in the chat you can communicate with me (trevor320) or recieve help from me. Here is a bit of help so you can get using the chat bar to its full.

Change Nick: Type /nick (new nickname) e.g. /nick trevor320

Changing font colour: Use the colour code on the right of the chat bar.

Use mIRC to enter chat: Go to irc.mirx.com and join the room called #chat320.cjb.net.

Topic help:

Here is some help if you are unaware what to do after you've downloaded the topic320 kit file!

After you have downloaded the zip file (need winzip e.t.c to unzip) unzip it.
When extracted you will see a bitmap (.bmp) file (Picture of all the topics with number to identify) and a text (.txt) document (containing the source you need to add the topic to your chatroom). Look at the bitmap file and decide which topic you would like. Remember the indentity number (next to the topic you want) and open the text document. Copy the code after the selected topic number you would like and paste it into the topic box in your chatroom. Click ok and it is complete!

mIRC Script Help:

mIRC is very complicated! The only help I can give is how to get started! I will not go into any detail!

When you have downloaded a script from my site... Unzip it to c:/mirc (default directory may not work with some scripts). If it is a setup file it will install to the correct place anyway. Next, (after unzip e.t.c.) double click on the icon named mIRC32 (normally) thats looks like this: , that is all the information I can give... the rest can be very hard... I
suggest you do some reserve on get a manual!
