- Welcome to the first edition of the news and rumors.There isnt to much to report here as its winter and there isnt going to be much wrestling happening,but at any rate, I do have some news and rumors and I will try to update this section periodically.


- Back in the locker room area, word is that Heart-Break Kobs is proclaiming himself the #1 contender, which is turning some heads in the M.W.A. After a humilating defeat at the hands of Ryan Peterson, how can this be? Could this lead to a fued with Sephlicer, the actual #1 contender? Stay tuned to find out


- Word is that the wiley Sephlicer might be hanging up his boots and go into retirement. Why he would do this, I dont know. Maybe the M.W.A. is too powerful for him? Many reasons could answer that question, but he is not, I repeat not, jumping ship to the BBWA.


- For the next event, I expect even more wrestlers to make their debut in the M.W.A, especially a big timer that would make an immediate impact on the federation. Check back for more info.


- Rumored next even will be a King of the Ring type format in which a King will be crowned of the M.W.A. I for one am excited for this to happen, as we will see many and highly anticipated matches between many M.W.A. superstars.

- Update #2

- From what I have gathered around the locker room and reliable media sources, Dirty Sanchez may be on the shelf for up to 2 months after under going successful knee surgery to repair a torn ACL. Dirty Sanchez suffered this injury at Turkey Fiasco, in which he leaped over a 25 foot high RV onto on half of the Grendals Fafkah after Sanchez lost the match.

- This early speculation but for the first time in M.W.A. history, the M.W.A. might be possibly moving indoors to host one of the M.W.A. spectacular pay-per-views.

- BIG NEWS coming out of the FOX Coperation. Word has it that Owner and President of the FOX corperation, Rupert Murdoch, has contacted the M.W.A. about a possible merger of the 2 established companies. This would be a win-win situatuion for both parties. Stay tuned as more develops.

- Early specualtions for the next event include:
Argo vs. Steven Suave
Look for an announcement concerning the IC belt to go down
Look for a Dimensia return
The debuts of new and upcoming prospects to mix in with the already established superstars of the M.W.A.

The M.W.A. is getting bigger than ever! Our roster is slowly rising with each Pay-Per-View. Speculated newcomers to appear at the Memorial Day Bash 2000 include an obese wonder, a new referee, "Yanks", and the return of past M.W.A. superstars.

Speaking of our roster, it is rumored that The Gambler could possibly be starting a faction of "High Rollers". I overheard the Gambler backstage on the cell phone speaking to his past body guard and an old poker buddy.

The M.W.A. is planning to build the best ring ever for the next event. With the help of Moon Dog and other suppliers this could be very well true.

The reason Dirty Sanchez is so dirty is very simple. He is a mexican.

Ryan Peterson is in a fit of rage over having to relinquish the prestigous MWA Heavyweight title. Especially to the likes of HBKobbs. Look for a possible rematch soon. That is if Peterson's knee is at least 75% healed.

Tell all your friends about the MWA. It is the hottest thing going. We have the talent, all we need are fans. And remember, anything can happen in the M.W.A.!


This just in. A mysterious mexican going by the name of "Frito Bandido" has been seen conspiring with the dirty one.


Rumor has it that during Barabus' last pilgrimage to Jeruselum, he trained with the infamous Jewish Wonder and is going to make a huge impact upon his return to the MWA

Many fans wonder what made Uncle Sam turn to the gothic life style, well whatever the hell the reason it sure is working for Uncle Sam

So, how much does the Gambler really weigh?

High Chief Ho Chunk made a very impressive debut at the bash. If this young and rising superstar dedicates himself to the gym and the MWA power plant,"the barn", he will be on his way to some gold in the future.

As Uncle Sam turned Gothic, Sephlicar may be leaving the gothic life style. Two words, "Billy Horizon"

Due to an excellent fan response to last PPV's pyro technics, look for more in the future.

When watching a MWA event, you are guaranteed two things, at least a half dozen ddts and a "sex in the ass" type maneuver.Later.

The speculated rumor of the gambler voting for himself in the poll is an all out blatant lie. The gambler lost his computer in a high stakes black jack bet in Vegas. He also traded in his television set for a year supply of Ultra Slim-Fast.

There is a rumor of the departure of several MWA superstars to live by themselves in Phoenix, Arizona.

It is also rumored that Adam is a skillful craftsman. He carved that giant wooden spoon out of a sicamore tree.

Just when you thought the faction was complete, look for another member to join next PPV.

I recently sat down and interviewed the Big Slow on his status in the MWA, he said the following. "Yes I am one half of the tag team champions of the MWA. The only problem is there is no competition in the tag-team division. I am sick of wrestling the damn Grendal's Fafkah." Well Big Slow, considering you have only wrestled two matches in your entire illustrious MWA career, I don't think you should be either bragging or complaining on your booking. Personally, I would like to see "old school veterans" like Dimensia or the Knight Riders come back and kick your big, slow ass all around the ring!

The MWA is very greatfull of the hiring of Gary Swanson. No, not because of his distasteful commentary, but for his excellent job on the website. Keep up the good work Swanson!
