Nollie backside 180 kickflip 1. Be confident with Nollie kickflips and nollie backside 180's. 2. Roll at medium pace with your feet as if to do a nollie kickflip (front foot right on the nose, almost flat and the back foot at a 45 degree angle as with a kickflip) but your back foot should be closer to the bolts. 3. Bend your knees, lean backside and slightly forward (facing your tail and leaning towards it). 4. Pop fairly hard (as long as you can keep it from flipping over the top like a frontside flip) and slide your back foot around backside and down to make it flip. 5. Be sure to keep your knees bent slightly above the board to keep them out of the way 6. While you are turning through the 180, watch for the griptape to come back around and catch (not stomp) it. It probably won't have gone the full 180 but after it is back with your feet it will continue. It may take a while to get the timing right. 7. Bend knees on the landing and roll away clean.
