80. Estep ESTEP is the revival of the 80's Manchester sound. Being from Texas, they derive thier sound from a number of influnces including mid-50's rockabilly,and 80's BritPOP. ESTEP was formed from the ashes of the defunct band "Annabella 55". In March 2001, ESTEP finalized its line up with most former players of "Annabella 55". ESTEP includes: Dennis Estep (former Menzy Plays On),John Hernandez (former The Sloanes), Frank Nava (former She said) and Adrian Gonzalez (former J.R. and the Leaves). ESTEP has had a very busy end of year. We have been promoting our new single (some radio play) as well as playing shows with well known national and internatinal acts as: Anything Box, The Sweet and Tender Hooligans and Gene Loves Jezebel. The band has been in intense rehearsal getting ready for 2002(a short tour of the Southwestern US). Rude Boys Sounds - Came about in 2001 with the idea of creating a way for bands to hire a professional PA system without having to pay exuberant prices. After opening Freaky Friday at the Peanut Gallery(2000-2001-RIP) and finding out that we needed a PA system for local bands to sound as good as professionals, the idea began with several loans from your local Teachers Credit Union. | ||
