Well the band created an awesome new song today that is different then most of the songs on the album. Its similar to the Chili Peppers Around the World single from their cd Californication but its also similar to their older songs from their breakthrough album Blood Sugar Sex Magik. Track listings will be out tommorow since we have officially ended our recording sessions in terms of creating new songs. Now the editing, drums and other simple final touches will be made to make sure the album is great. As the great AFI once claimed, once this album comes out, the rest of the cd's you listen to will be used as coasters for your drinks! So get ready for a great album although i do have to warn you that the fact that the mic isn't a studio mic means that the drumming and vocals aren't exactly like proffesional cd's but very close, hope you guys wont tell the difference and you'll just think Khalid's voice sucks and the drums are shit. Just out the guestboook guys, we want some fuckin action in that area of site...please people!
YESTERDAYS NEWS...
The band has completed 11 of their songs without drums. The vocals were completeted as well as the guitar parts and the bass parts. Guest appearances on the album will be made by two friends of the bandmembers one of which will play guitar and the other drums. Obviously the main role of the band members is the same and no one will be replaced. The only problem facing the band at the moment is the fact that Nader will be arriving on the second of august and the band will only have a limited amount of days to complete the drum recording of the tracks before every band member goes his seperate way. The two guest members of the band will enhance the music adding second guitar parts as well as well need drumming to a few of the songs leaving a majority of them available for Nader to complete upon his arrival.
