Don't worry. This is a good thing for your computer. If you have Windows 95, 98, or Me Edition simply right click on your desktop, then go to "Properties". When the box pops up go to the tab called "Settings". In that box there will be a area near the bottom that says "Screen Area". All you do is move the button to 1024 x 768.
(Note: Some computers vary and the numbers that I gave may be slighty different)
