So, where should I begin?
I would like to share with you,
My philosophy of the beauty within!
What is the outer shell?
The body's flesh?
Gift wrap for the inner Hell!
Oh, this dillusional world is cruel!
They judge me from the surface,
Then they call me the fool!
If they only could see,
The real beauty within me,
Then they would know,
The intense power of my Heavenly glow!
Many people have hurt me deep!
They have used and abused me;
Some even haunt my sleep!
I ache from my scars and yes I do cry!
Many tears of sadness and madness;
It hurts so bad, and then I sigh!
To create a garden of love we need,
To grow food for the soul to feed,
A plow for land and a place for the seed!
I understand the sacrifice and sorrow,
To live and learn, to cherish today,
Allows us to embrace the beauty of tomorrow!
