Street Trick Tips
Ollie:
1. First (to get some practice) is set the board on the grass or the carpet so you can learn to pop the board standing still before i learned the moving ollie.
2. Place your back foot on your tail and front foot anywhere from 4 inches from your back bolts to the middle of your board.
3. Crouch down and as you are coming back up from your crouch pop your back foot down and slide your front foot forward and shift your weight to the front of your board.
4. Naturally your back foot should raise up since you are shifting your weight to your front foot.
Kickflip:
1. Learn the ollie first, don't go off trying to kickflip when you can't even ollie.
2. Place your back foot like you would when you do an ollie but place your front foot more towards the heel side of your board.
3. Your pretty much gonna pop the board with your back foot and kick straight out, or to the side just try and make it so you flick the board and cause it to spin.
4. Jump really high and try to stay over the board and let the back foot pop the board and the front flip it.
360 flip:
1. First of learn to kickflip and pop shove-it.
2. Place your front foot a little bit closer to the tail than you would for an ollie, place your back foot on the tail of your board, have it hanging off a little.
3. Pop up your board but sweep your back foot behind your other one and as you do that kick your front foot out causing the board to flip.
4. Just jump high and watch the board as it spins and then catch it.
Front Flip:
1. First off learn 180 and kickflip.
2. This trick comes naturally for some people and others id oesn't. First off get over the fear of having the board sack you, it only happens when you don't jump high enough.
3. Now go up like your gonna do a frontside 180 but your foot set farther back than you would for a kickflip.
4.Pop the board and kick out with your front foot, like you would do for a kickflip but as your doing that kick you back foot out to turn the board.
5. Now jump as high as you can and try to stay over the board.
6. Catch it and your set.
Nose manual & manual:
MANUAL: 1. first off just learn manuals on flat ground by just leaning back a little on your board and getting the control of holding the nose of your board up and leveling out.
2. After you have the balance out find a small curb or something. Start off by just ollieing up it at medium speed and when your ollieing lean back a little and try to land with your wait on your tail.
3. Don't shift all your weight back or else you will just smack your tail down and not do the manual.
4. After you have landed and balanced out with your weight mainly on your tail try to stay level. Staying level may involve shifting your weight every now and then, but you will get used to that.
5.The easiest way to get off of a manual is to just ride off the ledge or curb. You may have to pop it off a little if your going slow, or just pop off extra style points.
NOSE MANUAL:
1. Some people say this trick is harder than a normal manual, but that all depends on you.
2. Anyway what your gonna do is just the same as the manual above. But instead of leaning back you are gonna lean forward and manual on your nose and have your tail raised.
3. Just don't lean too far forward or you will end up just falling forward and busting.
