had teambuilding course and confidence course today. at labrador adventure centre. or whatever it's called. hoisting each other through a "spider web" while being careful not to set off the bells pinned to the strings, pouring water from 2 1.5 litre bottles into a pail using a combo of raffia string masking tape and a broom, climbing and transporting cups of water over 2 huge wooden walls, running to escape a monster whose very terrifying name was "koko krunch", and using small bottles to fill 1.5 litre bottles with water while blindfolded and having to deal with henry the irritating's kajiaoing.

then after lunch, the high elements: walking the crossed wires, jumping from the pole [which was freakin high! and shaky] to try to catch a trapeze hanging some distance away, walking the logs [which was ok. but henry is damn qian da rawrrr hahaha], and walking a wire from buoy to buoy [i made ms ong's day! i told the whole world she's the chioest teacher in sa from the top of the wire HAHA].

afterwards, ate ny pizza at harbourfront with yashu and chloe while indulging in one of our fav 1st 3 mths pastimes. haha. too bad, if you don't know what i mean. haha. whoo.

super tired now. plus my knees are done for. scratches from tue land training while doing pushups on the track. further abrasion from wed water training while doing pushups on the sand. and today, grazed when i fell while running. i need new shoes, the soles are coming off. tomorrow is water training. which promises more pushups on the sand. ahh. my knees my knees. dies. sian, don't feel like going. but i know i'll be going anyway. means too much to me.

i don't understand. all these cracks showing. the little things that might or mightn't work out. the reconnecting. and suddenly, this silence. what it all means. but don't you know, hope is all that's keeping me going. here's to hoping it's not just misplaced faith, as it's been so many times before.

and the queensway uncle cheated us!!! how can he promise us 21 bags and have only 1 bag for us to collect?! #@?!#*@#*! hope we can still get our cool bags from somewhere else though. rawrrr. kills. haha.

anyway. overall. today was quite fun. haha. love to my team. we're bonded more than ever now. <33 salt yashu chloe weiwei wenyi eve shar!
