had training today. ahh feels good after hibernating at home for the past 3 days, boring! 6 rounds on the track and 3 sets of circuits. still quite slack but now i have gigantic bruises/abrasions/somethings on my knees. ouch. my palms feel kinda tender. plus i can feel myself growing. and it hurts. but still. preferable to being stuck at home. yeahh.

after training, lunch with the team yashu chloe salt wenyi sharlene colin darren yan wei nat kelvin shaun jeremy at anchorpoint, then went to queensway to buy the team bag. nice! we bargained with the uncle for ages to get discount. bought ps2 games for my bro too. afterwards, darren yan wei yashu chloe and i went to chloe's house where we played cards, slacked around, and in darren's and yan wei's case, terrorised/corrupted chloe's little brother. that darren lu is not coming near my house. haha. stopped by at some damn small damn ulu food court in a damn small damn ulu shopping centre near chloe's house before going home.

so much to say that's so hard to articulate, and even harder to say once i've thought it out. i've learnt to trust my instincts. they haven't led me wrong yet. hope i'm right.

more training tomorrow.
