training quite hiong today! don't know why. maybe cos of the hot weather. or the 6km run. or the happy meals. or the 6/7km we paddled including several sprints. my arms can just drop off now. damn tired.

after training, lunch with darren weiping yanwei jeremy sheng kellyn fidelis yashu chloe wenyi salt jianwei at cine foodcourt. free starbucks coffee in tiny cups on the street. random walkabouts. pool with henry siewchoon darren weiping yashu chloe. damn i need a lot of practice. but yeah nice day. fun! love love love this team of mine =)

ah pok is coming back tomorrow! okayy, today to be precise. in 17 hrs' time. yeahhh can't wait. dinner with ah pok! i miss her so much!
