water training today, paddled about 7 to 8 km in total i think. plus warmups. damn tiring. then wenyi's birthday lunch/dinner at plaza sing with the chocolate cheesecake and all the guys making a huge mess of the cake. haha. damn fun. i'm so in love with my team =)

ahh i'm damn tired. off to bed.

anyone for beach volleyball? *wave arm* *sway body*
