| Villa Eva is situated on the southern side of Korcula Island. There is magnificent view from her spacious, sunny terraces: at nearby islets, at Lastovo on the south and Su�ac on south-west.Villa has been built in summer 2004. Due the mild climate, staying here is very pleasant during the whole year. The nearest small towns with shops and restaurants are 7-8 km away: Vela Luka and Blato. Our cove is called Nova and there are only vaccation properties there surrounded with wonderful, almost intact nature and clean sea. This is an ideal place for divers and nature lovers. Recreation fans can enjoy walking and cycling through mediterranien landscape in every season. 1,5 km away is an eco-restaurant. On our island you can eat typically mediterranien food with the best aromatic olive oil in the world. | ||||||||||||||||||||||

| Apartment Eva 1 is on the first floor and c. 100m2. It has large oval terrace, in front there is a transparent living room with TV / SAT and sofa which can be converted in bed for two, fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher) and dining room. In the back there are two bedrooms with beds for two - each with it's own bathroom (one with bath, sink, toilet and bidet, another with a shower, toilet and sink). The whole apartment is air - conditioned. |

| Apartment Eva 2 is a penthouse c.100m2 designed for a couple, but in the living room there is a sofa which can be coverted in a bed for two, so actually, four people can live here. It has only one bedroom with it's own toilet and sink. There is also a separate bathroom with bath, toilet, bidet and sink. In front there is a big terrace with most wonderful view, and a large space with equipped kitchen, dining room and living room with TV / SAT. The whole penthouse is air - conditioned. |
