| She enjoyed her flower gardens. These pictures where taken probably in Liberty MO on the farm. When Aunt Vernetta moved her to Kansas City after Grandpa died, Grandma would work in her garden, then would notice the neighbors garden needed a little work. Before you knew it, Vernetta would get a call from someone several blocks away saying, "Your mom's here again, come get her." She had a slight demention problem, she confused easily. |

Obituary-Sarah A. Fisher Liberty MO-Sarah A. Fisher, 96, Pleasant Valley, died Friday, Oct 9, 1981 Mrs. Fisher was born in Japton Ark., and formily lived in the Pittsburg area. She had been making her home with a daughter the past several years. She was a member of the Reorganized Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Liberty, MO. Survivors include three daughters, Mrs. Glessie Crowe, Pittsburg, Mrs. Nellie Pleser, Pleasant Valley, and Mrs. Vernetta Lee, with whom she had made her home; two sons, Lavern Fisher, Pleasant Valley, and Irven Fisher, Mesa Ariz,; a sister, Mrs. Ollie Parker, Japton; 25 grandchildren, 58 great grand children and 32 great-great grandchildren. Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at the Reorganized Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. Burial will be at 3 p.m. at the Bird cemetery near Pittsburg. The family will receive friends from 2-4 p.m. Sunday at the Church-Archer-Pasley Funeral Home in Liberty MO. |
