PCIFA 2000

     The PCIFA 2000 airmeet was held February 18th through the 20th at Brackett Airfield in California. The airmeet was hosted by Mt. San Antonio College and attended by eight different flying teams. Competing from SAFECON Region II were: Mt San Antonio College, San Jose State University, ERAU Prescott, Cypress Community College, Christian Heritage Community College, and CalTech. USAF Academy and Central Washington State were two teams who competed from outside of our region. Because USAF and Central Washington were not in Region II their scores were not counted towards NIFA points, but they did get credit in PCIFA. This ensured that when is came time to determine who will represent Region II at the NIFA SAFECON, the scores from USAF and Washington would not interfere.

     The scores have been spilt into two sections. The NIFA scores are the ones that count when it comes to chosing who will represent Region II at the NIFA SAFECON (basically USAF and Washington have been left out). The PCIFA scores include all the contestants at the PCIFA 2000 airmeet and do not count towards NIFA. Click on an event to see the scores.
