Elisabeth Sladen (born February 1, 1948, Liverpool, England) is an English actress best known for her work as the character Sarah Jane Smith on the television series Doctor Who.

  They have an awful lot to say about the lovely lady over at wiki, so go there. All I know is that she is awful pretty, has husband, has daughter, and says "ya know?" a lot.
  Well, I also know that she has been the voice of SJS in two series of audio adventures, and been on the commentary for The Ark in Space, Genesis of the Daleks, Pyramids of Mars and The Hand of Fear DVDs. On The Hand of Fear disc Elisabeth also appeared in a little Documentary about her character and the episode. Here are some stills from aforementioned Documentary.
