BODY
The car is based on a 1966 VW Beetle
FRONT END
The front suspsension used a widened VW Front beam incorporating shortened torsion bars The shock absorbers were Pedders. Camira disc brakes were used along with a steering rack is off a Holden Camira.
REAR END
The back of the car utilised the VW torsion bars with two Pedder shock absorbers along with a small Coil Over on each side.
ENGINE
The engine is a Nissan L20B with twin Hitachi (SU) side draught carbies.
GEARBOX
A 1600 swing axle box was in the Vehicle.
HISTORY
This car was raced by SJ Racing in 2004. It had limited success and was replaced in early 2005. The big limiting factor was the Swing Axle Transaxle.
