News: Yes it's been over a year since we've updated our site. Well great news is that our team is still alive and kicking in the bay area, hosting many jams. Our most recent jam was a couple of weeks ago and many fellow free runners came to attend the event. We have loads of new pictures coming up AND finally some video footage. We also have added on many new team members. Check back for updates!

News: We just got interviewed by NBC and it should be airing in 3 to 4 weeks. We also got sponsorships from NBN sports including shorts and t-shirts. There are also a few new members added to the team: Mike Chandler and Michael Sosa. As of now we're trying to get a few practices and jams going so contact us if you're interested.

Website Updates: Ok, the links have been fixed. They should be working. If they're not please contact the web designer (Michelle Nguyen) at [email protected]. This site looks fine in Mozilla but the images are a little off on Explorer. For the best "effect" view this site through Mozilla. Any other complaints/errors/comments on the website's construction e-mail Michelle.

News: We got a request to be interviewed by NBC! Also, as of now we're taking a break from Parkour until the Summer of 2005, that's when we'll be starting up again. We're looking forward to booking jams with people from San Jose or from cities neighboring San Jose so please contact us if you're interested.
