March 14, 2004 PMA National Elections was held at the residence of Dr. Luisita De Castro in Bgy. Tibagan in San Juan. We had a fairly good turnout despite the unfamiliar site of our precinct. Thanks to our email and text brigade. We had a lecture on financial management held simultaneously with the elections. |
