Dates: We have requested to leave on our tour on Monday, June 7, 2010 however, in order to combine tours for the most economical flights, we could leave 4 days before or 4 days after this date. We could leave from June 3 to June 11, 2010.
Tours: We have requested Euopean Vistas, however if EFtours does not have enough participants for this tour, we must give two alternative tours - both are close to the same price as our requested and go to at least 50% of the same sites: 2nd choice is: European Carousel, 3rd choice is: Essence of Europe.
We will know any changes early in 2010.
Now to 2/07/2010:
1. Arrange for your passports. Any non-US citizens must verify their required travel documentation. for each country that we will visit or pass through on tour.
2. Submit any special travel arrangement requests, includeing stay-aheads or stay-behinds, flight changes. See the Eftours website for more information on these options.
3. Please decide if you will want the travel insurance for the trip. Both Eftours and I recommend it. They have found that it gives both the travelers and group leaders peace of mind. You can add the insurance after you have signed up. The cost will be spread out on your Autopay payments.
4. Decide what optionals tours you want to participate in and sign up. The cost will be spread out on your Autopay payments.
