| Last week we were checking out carpet samples. We are going to price around for a bit. At least until Lowe's has another sale. This week we are checking out how many days mom can go with minimal sleep. You'd think I'd already know since Louis has only slept through the night once since he was born but I usually get to catch up on my sleep the next morning. Yes, it's nice having a hubby who works from home. :-D Today we went to dance and the library. Chick-Fil-A had their monthly librarian storytime so we got to see our librarian twice. After CFA we went to the Mills. I thought for sure that the Payless was on the south side of the mall. Alas, I was mistaken and by the time I found out where it was we had to walk almost the whole mall to get there. I hate that place. We saw that their bookstore had closed. They are moving to another place in the mall. Of course, it is only a discount bookstore so I may as well go to the library for the same age books. Speaking of the library, I found out today that our new library will not be opening until after Christmas. We are bummed but not surprised. It rained so much this year that it has really delayed most construction. It was supposed to open next month. Rain, plus normal construction feet dragging, equals six months extra work. After the kids went to bed I cleaned out all the lego boxes. This time around we need to child proof more. Louis is a lot like Stanley. He has to mouth everything. So we put most of the Lego's into the garage. Stanley only plays with his Bionicles anyway so he probably won't miss them. As I was cleaning I noticed that there is already dirt all over my scrubbed floors. Just another reminder of why I can't stand to scrub floors. | |||||||||||||||
