Saturday was Stanley's last day of baseball. He had a game at 9 am, an award's ceremony at 1:30 pm, and a pizza party at 4 pm.
Sunday was church.
Monday I started a migraine during our bible lesson and I decided to try to push my way through the lesson before I laid down. Big mistake. I was sick the rest of the day.
Tuesday I felt better but was way behind on everything else. Kurtis had what may be his last day of dance at our studio. I'm getting sick of The Macarena and we were not planning on keeping him there forever. While I'm sure no studio is perfect, I am fairly certain the ballet studio will not be having him dancing to that song.
Wednesday we went to the Wild Animal Park so Hailey could ride the train. It was a very good day for the park since it never really got hot. We picnicked up on top of the hill in the cactus garden (of course). Then we went to see the other birds. We've only seen the condors so far.
Thursday we went to the park in the morning. Later, Stan stayed with the babies while they napped and the carpet guy cleaned. I took Hailey and Stanley to BK to eat and play. Then we went to piano, Mervyn's, Trader Joe's, home to eat a quick dinner and Stanley and I were off to the thrift store for our church's volunteer night.
Today is Friday and I hope next week will be normal. It looks promising in that Louis and I both have colds so that will keep us from going anywhere and doing anything (even though I definitely have places to go and things to do).
