| Stan had to go into work today. Kurtis has been running a fever today. Not sure what's wrong. Hopefully he'll be better by Friday or we'll have to cancel our plans. This morning we went out and cleaned up the front stoop. We tend to collect our newspapers there and it was looking tacky. Our porch (if you can call it that) also tends to collect all the dirt that blows around so I swept then washed down the top of the drive. Right as I finished the street sweep came. I did not plan that. But he kindly swept my dirt on down the street and spread it out evenly among my neighbors. We watered our cactus' and moved them back to their spots. I had moved them out over the weekend because we were supposed to get all this rain. I'm not complaining about the no rain but it's a pain to move it all out and get nothing. I was going to go to Target to buy some more cactus (you can never have too many) but Kurtis just wasn't up to it. Stanley had baseball practice this evening. They seem to have a new coach. I'm not sure how long it will be before he and his entire family disappear. Now it is time to put the kids to bed. I'll leave you with some old pics. | Click here for my "controversial" blog
