SG-1 is on a mission with Jacob, but it can take place on Earth.

Criteria: 1.) Sam and Jack have to start out with UST at the beginning. Whether or not it's resolved is up to you. 2.) Jacob has to think that something is going on between S/J and question them about it. He's not happy. 3.) The team defies a direct order. 4.) Jack has to say to General Hammond: "I figured that it would be easier to ask for forgiveness rather than permission." You can end the statement there, or add on, "Besides, since we didn't ask, you technically didn't say no." It all depends on your take on the story. You can also adapt it so that instead of 'I', Jack says "We figured..." Again, depends on your take of it. Okay, that's about it. Remember, major UST, and Jacob needs a big part in it. Plus, he IS NOT (at least right away) happy about the idea of S/J being together. You can decide whether or not they actually are, but he needs to at least think they are. I hope that made sense! Could somebody please write a fic with Sam and Jonas (Hanson) or some other guy who has fallen for her being trapped on an alien planet. She has lost her memory and the guy convinces her that they are a couple. Of course she has to regain her memory and somehow they have to get back or are being rescued after a while.

I want someone to write a fic where an AU SG-1 comes through the 'Gate minus Jack. Sam is a Lt. Colonel and in command. Jack's dead. It's to be really angst, hopefully with journal entries from Colonel Sam's diary. I know lots of people say Sam would move on after Jack, maybe even marry again, but what if it was too much? What if that didn't happen?

I wanna see a story about an AU Samantha Carter coming through from another reality, but she's nothing like our Sam Carter. This Sam Carter has only one agenda and it revenge. Revenge from the loss of her lover/CO, Jack, and their 16-month-old and unborn son. Jack and their child were assasinated when he got down on one knee to propose to her. He was killed by sharpshooters and their son was hit by a ricoquet bullet. She miscarried after they died from a bullet wound to her uterus. She escaped through the 'Gate with the help of a few friends and has been inacting her revenge on anyone who has ever hurt her fiance.

Criteria: I want Jacob to be there, so that he can see how cold this person is compared to his daughter. What does he think? I want our Carter to ask, "Not to sound insensitive, but does it ever work when the Colonel and I start a relationship. Because if it does, it doesn't bode well for any future association between us romantically." I want Sam to still wear her engagement ring.

Ok so has anyone seen that Buffy episode where they all start to sing, and it turns into a really clich� musical? I always amused myself thinking of a SG-1 in this situation. Basically SG-1 go off-world on a standard (pah!) mission and when they step though the 'gate the gate they burst into song. We need a reason why they can't dial up Earth straight away so maybe the DHD is broken or gets removed. Lots of chaos, music and romance ensues. Author can make up songs (if brave enough) but snaffling other songs would be easier.

Criteria: 1. Must have 'A Whole New World' song from the Disney film Alladin. 2. S/J romance or at least implied. The songs could act out there deepest desires. 3. Must email me to tell me when it's done!

Although Janet speculated that Charlie was the result of cloning, there was no proof of that. What if a Tok'Ra'ed Charlie comes back to the SGC with Jacob to meet his biological parents: Jack and Sam. Ree'tou "Mother," having observed them over the course of many weeks, has much respect for Jack and being a scientist herself, also respects Sam, who is part of Jack's team (suggestion for her reasoning processes) could have gone to them at night and taken sperm & an egg (Ree'tou can manipulate objects in our phase).

Criteria: I would like to see how Sam and Jack and the rest of the base handle this without going beyond established canon for the Sam and Jack relationship. At the end of the day, Charlie still goes home with 'Grandpa' Jacob, and Sam and Jack still remain un-attached members of SG-1.

This should probably be a clich�/parody type fic. You know, one where everything turns to black and white when SG1 comes through the wormhole. Black and White world inhabited by ugly Monsters. (The kind that are so hideous their cute - googly, wide-eyed and slobbery and can sing a mean Louis Armstrong.) Well, Monster on other side sees Sam exiting wormhole, and oooo boy, monster falls in love with Sam. Of course, Monster kidnaps Sam and takes her to his lair. And wouldn't you guess, Jack is jealous and must save Sam from said Monster. Knight in shinning amour running as fast as can be on injured knee with zat in hand to save the day. And since it would be the ultimate clich�/parody they would get to kiss in the end or at least a loving hug.

Sam and Jack come to a world that is basically a science lab. The people who control this world never reveal themselves but have for centuries brought other humans here to observe behaviors and traits etc. etc. They keep their 'experiments' over the course of their life times and then send them home back to the time when they were taken with out any memory of their life on this planet. Sam and Jack end up on this world and because the Stargate has disappeared and won't reappear for thirty years they decide to settle down, have a family and basically live their lives. But when the gate reappears they decide they want to die on Earth so gate home only to find themselves returned to a point in time one week after they left. Despite the fact that they weren't supposed to remember the thirty years they lived on the planet they remember everything. How will Sam and Jack deal with this realization and will they or can they cope and go forward with their lives? Do the scientists on the planet realize that something went wrong when Sam and Jack were sent home and come to fix the problem?

Why is it that Jack is always stuck on a planet far away with anybody BUT Sam? I just wondered what would happen if they were stuck together very far away from home. How long would they wait before deciding there's no chance whatsoever for them to be rescued or to go back home (if they ever decided this)? And how long would it last until they finally "go for it" (if they ever did)? You may adopt Sam's POV alone or Jack's alone or both, it doesn't matter.

Criteria: 1. They can't have any other option but to be rescued by the SGC (a bit like in A Hundred Days). 2. The planet is unhabited so they are all alone. 3. They must come back on Earth at some point and deal with what did or didn't happen off world. 4. Please keep it G rated, I hate when they make them jump on each other. Be subtle and suggestive but not blunt.

Write a story to match the legend of the Hindu god, Lord Ganesha.This story would work best set in a season past season four, but before "The Changeling." Ganesha is the son of Lord Shiva and goddess Parvati (Shiva's consort). While Lord Shiva was away, Ganesha was created when Parvati took a bath and created him from the soil washed from her body. Ganesha grew rapidly, and on another day, Parvati went into to take a bath, and asked Ganesha to watch the door. Of course, Lord Shiva returned home while she was bathing, and Ganesha wouldn't let Shiva in. Shiva killed Ganesha by beheading him, not knowing who he was. Parvati, or course was distraught. Shiva, to appease his wife, ordered his servants to go out and bring back the head of the first creature that crossed their path. The servants tried to take the head from many a child -- but their mother's all slept facing the child, and they could never complete the task with a human child. Finally, they found an elephant child sleeping all alone, and they took the head of the elephant child back to Shiva. To sleep in the Abode of Lord Ganesha means that you sleep under the protective care of a loved one.

Criteria: In this story, the Tok'ra have been invited to visit a mystical planet, rumored to have many treasures. They sent a team...but they never hear from them again. The only restriction on the visit from the aliens is that the visitors bring the item most treasured by them to the planet to offer in exchange for a gift of greater or equal value. They ask SG-1 for assistance (NO - Selmak/Jacob wasn't sent on the mission). The Tok'ra would like their most treasured item back (author gets to decide what this could be for the Tok'ra.) They sent a MALP first (SOP), and for some reason, the video returns only in black and white. They can see a temple...some plant life...that's it. No indications of anything being inimical to SG-1. SG-1 goes to the planet with their most treasured item - (naquadria, naquada generator, again, author gets to choose). Once there, Daniel/Jonas translates inscriptions on the temple door, that only two visitors can enter the temple, and they must stay overnight, guarding their treasure. Of course, Teal'c can't enter the temple because of Junior, and the author gets to decide why it HAS to be Sam and Jack who enter the temple. Either Daniel or Jonas need to stay with Teal'c - maybe more translating work. Anyway, Sam and Jack go inside, and one will sleep, while one stays on guard, "guarding" the treasure. Of course, each pays more attention to the other sleeping. In the morning...a door is revealed that wasn't there before. An alien appears and welcomes Teal'c and Jonas/Daniel, and they go inside and greet Sam and Jack. The alien advises the night of sleeping was a test. If Sam and Jack had truly guarded the "treasure" more, they would have lost. But they guarded each other more, and won. They go through the door - and it's like the scene from "Wizard of Oz" - suddenly they are surrounded by dazzling color. The author gets to choose exactly what they find, who the aliens are, and what happened to the Tok'ra.

I have always thought about Jack being married at a very young age, before he got married with Sarah, and having a kid. The mom took the kid from him and when he comes back into Jack's life, he's a genious, an astrophysicist, who gets into the Stargate program. Nor Jack neither his son know where the other is. Let Sam discovers the old secret. If possible it would be great an implied established Sam/Jack relationship.

We all have heard; maybe written about Sam having a kid, but what if by some early NID fluke they produced a child of a woman Jack had yet to meet. That part takes place before he and Sam met. Jack had a friend who owed him and repaid that debt by giving him his child. In case you didn't know; the child would Sam's. No one, not even Daniel would know.

Criteria: Sam is not to know for a while. Something happens that triggers the inevitable moment of her knowledge of the child, bar her/his parentage. {Maybe Sara sees the child and sends Jack a 'You're a Daddy Again' card or something. Or maybe Jacob knows and slips up. Or Cassie. Jack didn't know the mother until he met Sam. The child has to look something like her maybe?
