Travel details
The trip will take place during the Summer half term from Monday 28th May to Saturday 2nd June 2001. The tour is with the activity and adventure company Merlin.  This will be our fourth year with Merlin they are first class.   We have booked horse riding and mountain biking with two separate companies.
The party will travel in three mini-buses.  We will leave early on the Monday morning (approx. 0800) and return early evening on the Saturday.
The approximate transfer time from London to Llanberis is 5 hours.

Staffing
There will be one adult for every 8 pupils, together with instructors for all activities.  There will be a high adult to pupil ratio, particularly as there will be Merlin Adventure staff with us throughout the day.  The staff at Merlin are all qualified and experienced in their particular activity (all staff comply with National Governing Body Guidelines).
